Free Shipping Offer

This offer is only available on orders that subtotal over $79 (before tax) and only apply to orders being shipped "ground" to the same location within the 48 contiguous United States. Areas outside the 48 states may incur shipping charges. 

If your order contains ineligible items, you will be charged shipping and handling fees for those items only - Example:  You order two items - with each item going to two separate locations; the first item is over $59 and qualifies for Free Shipping; the second item is less than $59 and does not qualify for Free Shipping.

Orders/products that qualify for Free Shipping are shipped by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.  We reserve the right to choose the least expensive shipper to your area.  If you require us to use a shipper that is more expensive, even though your order qualifies for Free Shipping, you may be charged the difference.

Shipping

Perfectly Grand is not responsible for delays or damage due to shipping.  Perfectly Grand primarily ships by FedEx Ground, UPS and USPS within the 48 contiguous USA.  Local pickup is not allowed.  Outside the contiguous 48 states we ship primarily by USPS.  If you require another method, or would like a shipping quote, please contact customer service.

Piano Cover Shipping

Piano covers take approximately 12 business days to build and ship.  If you request RUSH shipping - which we will quote - this will occur after the piano cover is built and boxed.

Overseas Shipping

Perfectly Grand ships overseas by USPS.  If you require another method, or would like a shipping quote, please contact customer service.  Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, taxes or any other surcharge levied by their country.  Perfectly Grand is not responsible for delays or damage or loss due to shipping or customs inspection.  Due to size and weight restrictions, not all items may be shipped outside the USA.
